Super Pequena Clean Service – Terms & Conditions


1. Scheduling & Arrival Window

All appointments are scheduled with a 2-hour arrival window. For example, if your service is booked for 8:00 AM, our team may arrive anytime between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. This allows us to accommodate traffic, unexpected delays, and the time required at previous jobs.


2. Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours of notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours may be subject to a fee.


3. Authorization & Responsibility

Once the client authorizes the service to begin, they agree that Super Pequena Clean Service is not responsible for:


Pre-existing damage


Items or furniture not properly secured


Any loss or issue not directly caused by our technicians

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property.

4. Carpet Stains & Results Disclaimer

We always do our best to remove all stains; however, we cannot guarantee 100% stain removal.

Results depend on several factors, such as:


Type of stain


How long the stain has been there


Previous cleaning attempts


Type and condition of the carpet

Some stains may lighten but not fully disappear.

5. Furniture Policy

For safety reasons, we do not move large or heavy furniture, such as:


Beds


Dressers


Large sofas


Heavy entertainment centers

Rooms should be prepared before our arrival.

If furniture is not moved, we will clean around and under what is safely accessible.

6. Safety & Access

Clients must ensure:


Clear access to the areas being cleaned


Pets are secured


Breakable or fragile items are removed before service

We are not responsible for items left in unsafe locations.

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a different agreement has been made in advance.


8. Liability Limits

Super Pequena Clean Service is not responsible for:


Pre-existing conditions


Wear and tear


Damage caused by improper installation or prior negligence


Items not disclosed to be fragile or defective

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you have any concerns after the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address the issue.
